- Defective or misdescribed products may be returned within 6 months under the
Consumer Protection Act.

3. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- LIFE Mart may hold funds until goods are returned and inspected.
4. Seller Responsibility
- Sellers must honour the refund policy.
- LIFE Mart may deduct amounts from seller payouts for refunds.
